From Plymouth take the A38 to Liskeard, then the A389 to Wadebridge and on to Padstow. Before reaching Padstow, turn off for St Merryn and follow signs for Harlyn Sands.
Directions from Exeter:
Take the A30 to Bodmin. Then take the A389 to Wadebridge then continue to Padstow. Before reaching Padstow, turn off for St Merryn and follow signs for Harlyn Sands.
